Price of Booth, Advertising and Charging Standard

(1) Standard exhibition booth: 8,800 yuan/booth for Chinese enterprises and plus 1,000 yuan for double-sided booth; 1,500 USD/booth for foreign enterprises.

Supporting supplies for 3m*3m (2.5m) standard exhibition booth: three side panels, one lintel, one table, two chairs, carpet, single-phase socket (220V/5A), illuminating lamp and background painting.

(II) Specially decorated space: 950 yuan/m² for Chinese enterprises; 150 USD/m² for foreign enterprises; Minimum exhibition space for renting is 36m², without any facilities.

[Special Introduction and Marketing]    

(I) Local tourism culture exhibition

Time: March 30 – April 1, 2018

Venue: arena stage in Jiefangbei CBD and Jinyuan Shopping Mall 

Pattern: the Organizing Committee will schedule the exhibition in the registration order of the enterprises. Each venue could serve two such exhibitions in the morning and the afternoon respectively. Length of each exhibition is one hour and between two exhibitions, and you have half an hour to wait for the exhibition time. The Organizing Committee will provide acoustic equipment and build LED background.

Rate: 15,000 yuan/activity

(II) Local tourism-themed introduction and marketing

Time: March 30 – April 1, 2018

JW Marriott Hotel ChongQing

Pattern: the Organizing Committee will schedule the exhibition in the registration order of the enterprises, and provide acoustic equipment and build LED background.

The above advertising expenses include the production cost and fee for publishing ads.
